Join PSZIESZTA Light (Psychology days of Pécs) Mental Health Training at “Szenes Klub” (7624 Pécs, Ifjúság ú. 6) in the university’s main building on the 27th of February at 6PM!
During our event we will have two TEDtalks in the topic of Mental Health and a guided meditation.
At first we are going to have two little presentation regarding of Mental Health performed by the TEDtalks. And we will talk throught the topics presented, sharing our personal experiences and points of views.
After we will have a guided meditation held by Zsuzsanna Gép, yoga instructor of the university, who will help us to relax and really focus on our inner workings for a while, allowing us to sublimate/redefine all of our problems in a comfortable environment.
You can share your daily obstacles, exchange pieces of advice in the topic of mental health with each other and get introduced to meditation.
The program is organized by Psychology students for students who might feel gloomy after a long day and would like to chill out, relax.
Meet us in Szenes Klub at 6PM in the most comforting atmosphere made only for you with hot tea and tasty snacks!
